They gave me a tracking number that I can follow online, and yet the post office in my country clearly tells me that that code does not exist in their database, in fact they compliment with the information on the website, and say that if it was received in Portugal, it would have a smaller code began with RT or RV. I asked to track my package and they said it was ALREADY DELIVERED. Okay well I waited till my scheduled delivery date for my second one (shipped separately remember) amd it never came. Finally after ordering on March 30th I got ONE swimsuit on may 4th. When I logged on they sent me the same message as before delays be patient. Once again no information on any products so I sent them Another ticket. They stated because it "sold out" there will be a delay of 7 to 15 businesses days and my other one only 1 or 2 business days, they asked if I want to ship them separately. After awhile I have not heard anything from fedex on tracking so i sent them a ticket. I was excited and played for the 8.99 shipping option. My personal experience felt like a disaster. This was a theft, I'm sure I am not the only person they have stolen from! Beware! If the option was no stars that would have been my rating! This, is theft! Answering customers, when getting a message, and sending return information in the package sent out, is productive customer service. California is in the USA! Their response was since I hadnt returned it to an address in the USA, I could not get a refund, because they didnt physically have the package and it would cost to much to have it sent where they wanted it. After I gave the customer support the return address, and tracking number, and the usps service had delivered the package, I again contacted the customer support with this information. The item was returned to Chino California. The item I returned required me to pay an additional 9 dollars. The response was They could give me a partial refund and points if I kept the item or returned it back to their address in the USA. I inquired again after I had sent the item back. I inquired with the customer support with no response for a few days. I bought a 40 dollar swim suit, measured by their guidelines, when the item came it was extremely to big.
